story
Cold brew is a simple method of brewing iced coffee. We love cold brew for its bright clarity and invigorating freshness. Simply add ground coffee and water, let it sit in the fridge for eight to twelve hours, then pour yourself a glass of crisp cold coffee straight from the bottle.
Step 1
Weigh out 68 grams of coffee and grind it coarsely. The grind should be about the size of coarse sea salt.
step 2
Twist to open the filter, then pour the coarsely ground coffee into the sieve. Now replace the top of the filter.
step 3
Twist the filter into the top of the bottle.
Step 4
Now attach the filter and the top of the bottle to the bottom of the glass bottle. Now fill the bottle with cold, filtered water up to the top square mark. Shake gently.
Step 5
Let it steep for 8-12 hours.
Step 6
After 8-12 hours, shake gently to stir the coffee.
Step 7
Put the bottle cap back on the glass bottle, then open the spout and pour the damn good cold brew over ice. Now enjoy delicious and refreshing cold brew neat or with a tonic water.
