Since day one, COFFEE PIRATES has not been an individual achievement, but the result of teamwork, solidarity and trust. Many helping hands and creative minds who have worked together to develop the concept and our coffee idea and have also been able to position it successfully on the market. That is why we do not focus on individual employees, but on the entire team. Below we briefly introduce our departments and explain what is important for each team.

Coffee is our passion and we would like to share it with you. Our goal is to bring you closer to the special taste of the various growing regions. We source our green coffee exclusively from the best plantations.

Our green coffee suppliers place the highest demands on the coffee farmers in the countries of origin, ecologically valuable cultivation areas with perfect soil and water quality. Selected quality varieties that are grown on small plantations under fair conditions. All of this, of course, goes hand in hand with social and ecological sustainability. In return, we pay a price per kilo that is appropriate to the actual effort and quality and offer a long-lasting,

respectful partnership.

By roasting in the region for the region, we guarantee short supply chains from the roastery to the customer and the unmistakable fresh taste. Our coffee goes straight into the cups of our coffee bar and those of our partner restaurants, offices and companies.

Welcome to our small coffee bar in Essen- Rüttenscheid

We are pleased that you have found us. Here you have the opportunity to get to know us personally and also to try some of our coffee range.

With us, fans of excellent coffee, home-baked cakes, chocolate, etc. will get their money's worth. Experience us and take the time to enjoy the moment. Freshly roasted coffee forms the basis of our work - because we love really good coffee. The perfect quality of our espresso specialties is very important to us, because coffee is our passion.

Tasty treats

Our coffee bar offers many tasty treats to accompany your flat white, cappuccino or doppio . Everything to start the day happily... yogurt with fruit and muesli, freshly prepared bagels from sweet to savory, and delicious home-baked cakes - a must for everyone - but of course also tea, wine, spritzers, chocolate and much more that makes you happy.
