We are a coffee roaster that guarantees you damn good coffee. Morning, noon, evening, your coffee has to taste good! Without being complicated. Whether you choose strong coffee blends or light, lightly roasted single origins, we want to help you find your favorite, no matter what your coffee mood is. If you need help finding the right coffee for you, we are here for you!

Our coffee idea

• All our coffees exceed specialty standards.
• Specialty coffee must score 80 or higher on a 100-point SCAE scale. We only purchase coffees that score 83 or higher.
• Four of our coffees are already certified organic. Since we ourselves are certified as a coffee roaster, we can finally tell you which varieties. In the future, we will expand the organic range and give you all the important information about our coffees. If we have to make exceptions - for example, if a single origin comes from a region where organic certification is not yet possible - we only use coffees that meet our quality standards and guarantee sustainable, transparent and fair direct trade.
• Our coffee is almost 100% traceable and is only sourced from selected importers and producers with whom we have been working for an average of 5 years or more.
• Our prices for purchasing green coffee correspond more than to fair trade prices and are in most cases significantly higher.
• Our coffee roasting team evaluates each roast in a professional cupping for sensory perception, quality and taste.
• To ensure quality and freshness, we only roast to order in small batches (maximum 12 kilos) and ship directly from our roastery to you. Our roasting and shipping processes are optimized to ensure that all of our coffees are delivered as fresh as possible, whether to our subscribers, the end consumer in the coffee roastery or in our coffee bar.
• Whether blend or single origin, we treat all of our coffees with the same care. For each coffee, we create a custom roast designed to best express that flavor profile, with precise flavors to aim for and a customized scoring system to ensure we hit the mark every time.
• We always roast to order in our own roastery, and cup our coffee roasts to ensure quality after each roast.
