The Asprasar Association was founded by a group of farmers from a community called Planadas, in the south of Tolima, who were looking for a better quality of life. The cultivation area is located at an altitude of 1800 meters and has a diverse flora and fauna. The association is made up of 100 families. The varieties grown by the association are Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, Pink Bourbon and Geisha. The Asprasar Association aims to promote peace and progress in the region by working closely with the local community.

A blend of Mexico, Ethiopia & Rwanda.
The aroma reveals chocolate, hazelnuts, cinnamon and sweet pastries. With roasted notes of cinnamon bark, chocolate, peanuts and dried flowers, it creates a lot of spice and density in the mouth, with a creamy texture, mild acidity and little astringency. A powerful coffee with a taste reminiscent of milk chocolate, hazelnuts, vanilla and cinnamon.

Since 2016, Cascaritas has been a family project managed by Hidardo Hernández and his mother, Demly Hernández. Located at an altitude of 1210 meters, Finca Cascaritas extends over 7.5 hectares and is located in Plan Rosario, a small village in the region of Ocotepeque in Honduras.
The Hernandez family carefully selects each plot based on the unique characteristics of their terroir to create exceptional sensory profiles in each cup. Their unwavering passion for excellence drives them to constantly explore innovations in coffee production. "We always strive for the extraordinary, as we recognize that in each cup lies the opportunity to inspire people and connect with those who share our philosophy of life." The Hernandez family also values the environment, so all plantations are cultivated according to agroforestry systems.

Vietnam Detech washed 100% Arabica
Detech Coffee is a Vietnamese coffee cooperative in the northern province of Son La. The cherries for their washed Arabica lot are mainly produced by the local Taidam and H'Mong ethnic communities. This coffee is versatile and works great in any premium blend.
In total, Detech Coffee works with around 2,000 farms in the region. By paying premium prices for good quality cherries as part of the Red Cherry program, Detech Coffee benefits from a high quality standard. The income of these small farmers also improves significantly, which has a positive impact on their lives and their communities.
The cooperative is led by Ngoc Anh Sprünker, who is also chairwoman of the Vietnamese chapter of the International Women's Coffee Alliance (IWCA). From the very beginning, we were impressed by her commitment to sustainability, social development and gender equality.
With this new partnership, we are delighted to be able to offer a coffee from the northern mountains of Vietnam for the first time. A developing and promising coffee region that we would like to introduce to you.
